Always durable and I dont worry about him breaking anything. I like it comes with screen protector built in it. So you dont have to buy a screen protector for your ipad as my sons ipad always stays in the otterbox. Far as the tilting, really not useable far as its tilts too low or standing straight up so it's of no use to him. He has to prop it up against something when he doesn't want to hold it. That's about the only negative with this one but the screen protector makes up for the negative to me.

Used this the other day and my pencil came loose and dropped it. On the other hand, this is about the best protection you can buy out there on the market for your IPAD, bar none!

Might work for others you need heavy duty protection. Plus it only came in black and I wanted a color. This is an excellent product, but just did not fit my needs so I returned.

I just would still be worried if I forgot to put the front cover on in a drop, screen could still break. The weight of the iPad itself at a highish drop doesn’t feel like it would be perfectly protected. I wouldn’t count on this to protect my iPad. But it seems fine when securely and fully put on my iPad. Also, the price is high for thick plastic.... my opinion. But you really don’t have many options
