It is hard to get the phone latched into the holster. The release has gotten caught on something and released the phone several times in the few days I have used it. Also I can't charge the phone with the wireless charger like I was told would work, with this case!

Yikes, sounds like that belt clip is having trouble committing to holding your device! We’re terribly sorry that this is happening, and we assure you that normally the belt clip holster latches in securely for on-the-go protection. Please don't hesitate to give our handy Otters a quick call at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll fix things up with a warranty claim! You'll have a trouble-free belt clip in your hands before you know it.
As for the wireless charging capabilities, the Galaxy Note 8 Defender series has proven to be compatible with all Samsung approved wireless chargers in the flat configuration. As long as the charger is horizontal, it should work seamlessly with the Defender. If you have any further queries on this, please let us know!

Solid case

I have only one issue and that is there is no cover for the front of the phone. And with phones being glass these days I want protection all around. So other than having to buy a separate glass protector it is a nice solid case that holds up well in to my clumsiness.
