Q: I lost my s pen. Can I get it replaced?
A: Yes. You can purchase a new s pen.
Q: My phone broke inside my other box case will they replace my phone at no charge.
A: Why would OtterBox replace the device? Isn't the device made to protect your phone? I do think they should be the ones who replace a device because their product failed to protect your device.
A: More than likely because the new design of the screens. The screens almost go to the edge and are curved so otterbox made a screen protector that is separate from the case and adheres to the phone.
Q: Can you easily get the s pen out with this case?
A: Yes, the opening is quite accessible, and so is the screen, literally, no screen protector!!
Q: When you say pricematch guarantee, are you including Amazon?
A: Yes, as long as it is shipped and sold by Amazon.
Q: Is there any Otter box that come with screen protector for Note 8?
A: Nope Zagg paid them off so they wouldn't provide protection for the front of the phone so you have to buy a screen saver when you buy the phone now. Zagg has also gotten outrageous with their pricing even though all their products are crap!!!Avoid Zagg like they are the end of the world!

Q: Is the Otterbox " Defender " with or with out the screen protector ??
A: The otterbox I bought did not come with a screen. This was noted in the description section. Best to buy a screen protector. AT&T and Best Buy did not have a screen protector for my phone so I went to Amazon and bought one from them.
