Love my Otterbox. Would not use or trust another case have been using these cases since the Galaxy S2. My only complaint would be that the rubber on the back of the case peels off but still definitely a 5 star case. Literally have driven off with the phone on top of my car and it didn't fly off until we hit 60 and the phone was fine. This happen twice. Die hard case!

Love otterbox defender, but I don't like that otterbox stop selling the defender without the screen protector and still charge the same price as if it had the screen protector

It's an Otter Box. You know why you're buying it. Adds a bit of heft to an already big phone but definitely worth it. Note Pen is easy to pull out. Couple words of caution: there is no built in screen protector like other cases. The Note 8 has Gorilla Glass and I'm gentle with my phone but this could be a deal breaker for other people. My only complaint is that the USB access is narrow so you can't use the adapters that come with the Note 8. It loses 1 star because of that but otherwise, rock solid case.

Otter box is not the way the were they made case with screen protectors now they don't plus you can't charge your phone with the wireless charger because the case is so thick.

I've had several otterboxes on previous phones. I'm rough on my phones and the cases have prevented damage after multiple adverse drops. It was a no-brainer for me to get one for my Galaxy Note 8. The defender model is the best for me and it fits the device perfectly... no screen protection with it but so far, so good. btrw, I added a Zagg Invisishield to prevent scratching the glass.

This is not the normal case i select for my notes but only holster case available at time of purchase. Is heavier and awkward due to side opening vs top but does job intended

Good case but a little pricey. It doesn't come with a screen protector. There are cheaper options that come with screen protectors.

This is my phone case and it works awesomely. I don't have problems with these cases, even if it falls off of my hip (approx. 3 ft fall). The phone still works without any cracks. I had to pair this purchase with the Zagg Glass Cover. Otterbox should include all the pieces (Note 4 enclosed phone case) for the full price of this case but life and change happens.

I purchased this case thinking it would have the same kind of protection like it did for my IPad. The screen only has protection when you have the belt clip attachment on.

Adds noticeable weight to the phone and not very sleek but great protection.

I absolutely love the Note 8. I have patiently awaited the arrival of the next Samsung Note and this phone is exactly what I hoped for. So glad it's back!

Well I dunno about this. I liked having a screen protector built in. They have taken that out of the design. It's still probably ur best option currently for the note 8.

This case offers great protection for the Note 8 without adding too much bulk.

This case needs a protector for the screen. What would make otterbox think a screen protector is not warranted? REALLY????

I love this case . I was breaking screen protectors over and over .with other cases. This case is very stylish. I love that it has a holster so i dont have to carry phone in pockets . I will recommend it to all my friends and coworkers who have cracked screens . And even the ones who dont have cracked or broken screens .

Perfect fit and awesome protection! Not too bulky and fits well in my pocket.
