The Note 8 can be tough to protect with the curved screen and sleek design, but the Otterbox Defender does a great and adds good weight, feel, and texture to ensure your phone stays where it should- in your hand!

I love the case that fit perfectly for my Galaxy Note 8. Even tho the store that I purchased the phone didn't have the cover in stock, they recommended Best Buy. good service from both of you.

The case is rugged yet durable and stylish. The price of the case was more then reasonable and meets all my home and office needs. Come with a built in stand for watching movies,shows,videos ect..great buy.

The only issue I had with this was that the rubber around the edges would eventually become loose and allow dirt and dust get in behind the case but Otter Box replaced them with out much difficulty at all as they have a lifetime warranty.

I've had many OtterBox Defenders over the years on several different phones. I bought one for my new unlocked Galaxy Note 8. This Defender does not "snap" into the belt holster like the ones I've had in the past. OtterBox is aware of this and their recommendation is to "put the phone in the holster with the screen facing out. This orientation seems to fit much better" What?? how is this providing maximum protection for my phone? While I was at work, my phone fell out of the holster and by the time I realized this, some fine upstanding citizen had picked it up and when I logged into my Samsung account, my phone was 8 miles away. After spending another $1300 to replace everything I lost, including another OtterBox Defender, another unlocked Note 8, Zagg Invisishield glass screen protector, micro SD card, insurance and taxes, this one has the exact same issue. It will be returned. By now most people are aware that these phone cases do not include a built in screen protector due to the curved glass on the screen, but I thought I would bring that up too, considering the fact these cases still are $50.00. Same money for a lessor product and poor fitment. Do yourself a favor and find a different case for your new phone.

I have bought otterbox cases for my phone for several years now. this is the second one I've used for my current phone. I used my phone for work so it gets a lot of wear and tear. would give it a 5 star but as I mentioned this is the second one I've bought for the same phone.

I bought this for my Galaxy Note 8 and was disappointed that it did not have a screen cover. I dropped my phone and unfortunately the screen cracked in one of the corners.

If you prize your phone, you need an Otterbox. Defender is tough (maybe even indestructible) and has saved my phone from many drops. It is expensive but worth every penny.

BY far the otterbox is the best case for a phone. It may be a little more expensive, but the quality and warranty are well worth it. Otterbox just replaced a case for free my work phone what was 3 years old.

This same case for iPhone is great .However for Samsung phones the quality has been down graded. When you buy a defender case its surpose to cover everything. Its does not cover your screen, enuff said

It could be a little less expensive, but it definitely works as advertised. I've already dropped my phone or it's fallen off my belt multiple times, and no damage whatsoever to the phone itself.

I have purchased Otter protective cases in the past and have been happy with the product. The new cases for the Note 8 doesn't have a protective clear cover which required me to purchase a separate clear face cover for $40.

Big fan of the otter box cases, great protection, great value. Never had a problem with these cases and super easy to install. Customer for life.

This is a great case. I got it after dropping my phone and breaking the back glass. You can’t notice the damage with this case on and it prevented further damage.

Was very disappointed with this case. I’ve purchasing Otter Box products for 10 years. The case only protects the back of the phone. I had to spend another $50 to get the front of the phone protected. For the money I spent I would’ve been better off buying a LifeProof case.

Otter box used to be the best. The only difference now between the defender case and the commuter case is the clip. Why get rid of the screen? I will be looking for another case. This one doesn't give me a warn fuzzy.

I never leave Best Buy without a new otter box for every new device I purchase. I drop my phone atleast 2-3 times daily. These cases take a beating and keep my phone looking brand new for years.

I wanted a sturdy phone case for my Note 8 and decided on the otterbox defender series. It meets my expectations with the exception it is screenless. I bought a screen protector and it works beautifully with the case, no sensitivity issues with the buttons.

This case is a waste of money It doesnt even cover the front of the phone. I dropped my phone one time and craked the screen. STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We bought this to protect our teenage daughter's Galaxy Note 8. She breaks every phone we get her within the first week or 2. But this time, it is still undamaged. As per usual, the Otter Box cover is durable and does well at protecting these expensive phones.
