It doesn't fit perfectly, the rubber sort of sticks out on the corners which is an annoyance. The flaps that the power and the 1/8th inch audio plug use are often hard to impossible to open and I find myself getting very frustrated trying to pry them open. I end up sort of mashing them into the rubber housing until I can sort of pop them open.
