I like that the case is very compact and does not make the phone that much larger. I don't like the screen protector, very easy to scratch. It was scratched the first day.

Defender Series Case is too bulky but is built to last.

I bought 2 of these, first one didn't have instructions so it took me a few minutes to figure out how to open it-not hard. Very tough case, not slippery at all. Makes the phone a little bigger but well worth the protection

My husband purchased this because he is a roofer. A very heavy-duty skilled trade. This case has protected his phone from many different situations. Plus, his phone now looks like it could run into a battle, and win.

My husband is hard on phones... this really protects it.

Phones today are the most fragile things to fall out of your lap, hand, pocket, purse and just to fall in general. Otterbox gives 9 lives to every phone. I've been using otterbox for my android, iphone, and tablet. There is no other casing I can say that is more durable and worthy than the otterbox -- defender to be specific.

My one year old broke my wife's old phone case. This is the best case around as far as durability. However, after we bought it, I found the same case in a different color for almost half the price at a different store.

We bought 2 first one I opened didn't have instructions in it so a little hard to figure out how to open the case, but I eventually did- took longer that 2 seconds, which was how long it took me on the second one

I would give this 5 stars for quality, looks and protective function. I took one star off for it's making the on-off button very difficult to push. If you don't have much strength in your hands, this could be a reason not to buy. In every other way however, it's a high quality product and does what it's meant to do.

Simply the best! Love the fact that my phone will always be protected no if I drop, kick, slips, bounces off my bed etc... Would love to see thet price on this to be around $35 to $40 but definately worth it!

I have always put Otterbox Defender cases on my phones. Very tough/durable. Always protected my phones and never had a problem with the case on any of my phones. This Otterbox is very slim on the Galaxy s4.

One of the main complaints about the Samsung S3 was the screen durability so I went with a quality case to protect the phone. I have not been disappointed.

I bought this by mistake, i didnt read the box carefully enough. it was not for my Galaxy S4, was for an S5. took it back and got the right one. however i do like the otter box for my S4, except for the screen protector which i can never get to go on without garbage under the protector touching the glass.

Never disappointed with the quality of the otter box. With a toddler in the house who believes she too can use a cellphone, it's great to know the phone will withstand her little hands and the floor.

Perfect case for any phone. Most of them have screen covers built into them and I love that. Also I drop my phone all the time and it holds up pretty well. I'll keep buying this product for years to come.

Bought this after I dropped my S4. I wish I would have bought this case instead of the prettier flimsy case. Now I have a broken screen with a new case.

We buy an ottervox defender for every phone w buy and reccomend it to everyone we know. Worth the money but usually you can get best buy to price match it which makes the otterbox just that much sweeter.

Bought this outerbox case for my girlfriends phone. She is with our daughter all day and drops it a lot. This makes sure we aren't having to replace her phone every time its dropped or played with.

I like this cover because it has a harder cover that can protect my phone no matter how rough I am with it. The cover doesn't seem to stretch out like the previous Otterbox cover that I had.
