This is my second otter box defender. The only choice I had was black and it covered up my colorful phone. When I saw the pink AND Best Buy did a price match, I was over the moon happy!

I felt that this product could be better. I was persuaded to change because of its name brand status. I formerly had the brand Survivor, but the outside case clip broke. I was informed that the name brand OtterBox was supposed to be superior. However, in one important ways it has not been superior. For impact purposes, and maintaining a smaller size the OtterBoxDefender Series is great. I have had problem with water, or any type of liquid for that matter, trying to enter the casing. At least once a week I have to take the box apart and clean out any liquid or stains. Then reassemble it. While this is not a difficult thing it is inconvenient to have to do so often. I feel that if they found a way to make this box more water resistant, like the Survivor brand, it would then be perfect.

This phone protector offers excellent protection for its contents its durable and fairly attractive the only thing that could stand some improvement would be a better way to access the ports for headsets & chargers otherwise it appearsto be capable of lasting for the lifetime of the phone

Great product and if you like PINK you should get one. I have had several Otterbox Cases and my wife loves this one. Only issue it is a tight fit causing phone to turn on by itself.

I have been using outer box since 2012; I first purchased IPad outer box defender series, then I bought Samsung Outer box . It's been a pleasure having outer box to pretext my gadget

I love the color of the pink case. However, whatever the color is inside my tote or purse it rubs off on the case. I would suggest a darker color case if you are putting your phone in purses or totes that have dark fabric.

It may not look fancy and certainly has no frills, this cover does what it is built for and that is to protect your phone. It does a fantastic job of providing protection to a phone.

The defender lives up to its name. It is rugged and useful for those who don't pamper their phones. Have dropped it several time and no damage at all. Great for the service worker.

Bought this for my husbands phone and it installed easy and looks good.we don't use any of the smart features on his phone so I don't know if. It affects any of those features.

I have used this same Otter Box since I bought my Phone 3 years ago. I have had to replace a couple of times due to breakage of one of the Tabs on the bottom of the /carrying Clip. Tab should be one pieces all the way across the bottom. Problem solved.

So far so good. It fully encloses the phone which is a good feature. I do wonder if the soft parts will hold up over time. Seems to be secure when holstered in the belt clip.

The only case my teenager will buy. And she's put hers through the ringer! Found it online at Best Buys Black Friday weekend for $19.99!! (And no shipping as an elite member)

I HAVE AN OTTER BOX ON MY PHONE AS WELL. SON WANTED CERTAIN COLOR AND OTTER BOX HAD IT. ALSO AN AMERICAN CO. FROM COLORADO. NOTE.. I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS MADE. I HOPE USA.

I bought this for my husband's GS4 Active and then realized this doesn't fit the Active. So we took it back but if you have a the correct cellphone this is for I would recommend it. The color is very pretty or manly!

Awesome case has stood up to snow, water, and being dropped. My only issue is that when working out my phone must come out of the otter box case to fit in my arm strap band

Never used it and didn't kept it...took back before using so I cannot honestly evaluate item. Gave 5 stars because I had to mark something and also for recommending

The only negative about this case is it's durability. Sometimes around the ports the silicone/rubber case wears away and tears. The plus side is Otterbox replaces them.

The case is pretty and durable. THANK GOSH because when I jog my phone is continually falling out of clip. Case is pricey but doesn't muffle sound from calls to like my previous life proof case did. Would recommend case but an alternative clip for active people

2nd Otterbox purchased. Other one was for or note ll. Hinge on holster clip broke. Excellent warranty. This one good so far with exception of the pink getting dirty.
