Belt clip broke and they want honor warranty will not buy from here again

keeps falling off belts !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Broke my first Galaxy S4 phone in first week so I bought an OtterBox Defender to protect the replacement Galaxy S4. Solid protection allows me to toss fully protected phone in hockey bag, briefcase or in coat pocket while alpine skiing. The outer case/holster broke and I went online to OtterBox for warranty information. I found an easy to use tutorial and a user friendly web solution to request the new part - FREE - covered under a comprehensive warranty program. OtterBox had a new case/holster on it's way to my home in 24 hours. This is a great company that stands behind their great product. I'll buy another Defender when I upgrade to my next Galaxy S6 phone. The protection, warranty and the customer service are well worth the price paid for this product.

I had to take it back numerous times because the inside case was defective and the snaps were always broken

Bought this with my new phone. I was worried it would be too much for something I barely thought about. Always thinking, you save on the phone and they get you on the accessories! Two weeks later I got a puppy who found the phone and...this saved it! So...SCORE! I think for the price these are all way too much money. However, I am glad I got it, glad I own it, glad it looks really cool! I wish I had found it in black, though...thanks!

not happy at all. when I talk to people the hear noises. My voice is not clear with the Otter on.

The case that attaches to the phone provides excellent protection and a more substantial feel for the phone in my hand, which I like. I also like that the case came with a clear screen protector built-in, rather than requiring me to purchase one separately. My only criticism regarding the case was the lack of clear instructions for installing it on the phone. The few instructional pictograms that came with the product were very generic, and not much use to me. Fortunately, I found an excellent video at the Otterbox website that gave me the information that I needed. More importantly, I am disappointed with the belt clip/holster that came with the case. It holds the phone securely, and with practice, it is easy to remove the phone one-handed when receiving a call, etc. However, attaching the phone to the clip is not so easy to do with one hand, or without looking. In order for the phone to latch properly and be secure, it has be very precisely aligned with the corners of the clip/holster. I find it annoyingly easy for my shirt to get caught between the phone and the clip/holster, which prevents proper latching. Worse, if one is not paying close attention, the latch can seem to be engaged, but the phone may be “sticking out” at one corner, making it likely to fall out, especially if it “catches” on an object when walking past. I think a “pouch” type holster that I can “dump” the phone into would be much easier to use one-handed or without looking, and I am planning to acquire one. In summary, I plan to keep using the excellent Defender case on my phone, but acquire a new clip/holster. It would be nice if Otterbox sold just the case, without making me pay for a clip/holster that does not work so well.

This case is the only reason my son's phone hasn't broke. Has had it on his Samsung S4 for over a year and his phone still looks brand new

Otterbox always makes a reliable product. Can drop phone without worry of damage to the phone.

Been researching for a cover so went with the otterbox defender with clip for my Samsung S4 which I also bought at Best Buy. Best Buy had it at retail store for $49.99 on their website $28.99, Amazon had it for $27.92 they matched Amazon with no hesitation. That's why I continue to shop at Best Buy always treated with great respect. There customer service is awesome!!!!

If you've decided to invest in a Samsung Galaxy S4, it is essential that you protect your phone and buy an OtterBox. When I decided to purchase my phone, I asked the sales person what the biggest complaint was and he said "repairing cracked screens". Unfortunately, they're fragile, expensive to replace (even with insurance), and accidents happen. The first thing I did was head over to Best Buy and I purchased my OtterBox; I'm glad that I did because I just dropped my new phone and it is still in its original pristine condition. These phones are extremely expensive and while the OtterBox is more than I would normally spend on a cell phone case, it is well worth the value. I highly recommend that you buy one!

All in all great, except, rubber near tabs becomes stretched after repeated use which is counter productive since you need access to the ports to charge and use headphones. Seems like more thought could be put into that. Other than that, great case, but it does add quite a bit of heft to the phone. Makes single handed operation even more difficult than it already was.

This case is worth the money and the protection bought one for myself , bought one for my brother and my dad. This is truly a drop- proof case for a phone.

The otter box is a good case because the added bulk it makes to the S4 gives it a better grip and the fact that the S4 is a very slim device and its plastic body makes it very slippery that I might drop it face first but not anymore with this case! The only down side is that the built in screen protector kinda sucks because it reduces the screen quality but I read online you can swap it out with a better screen protector like a zagg so no biggy.

I keep my cell phone in my OtterBox protective case 24/7. It has protected my phone from numerous would-be injuries due to plenty of drops, my toddler stepping on it, splashes, etc. I never keep an electronic such as an iPod or cell phone without an OtterBox, and I won't even use another brand. OtterBox has proven itself valuable to me over and over again!

Great online price! The mall store price was nearly doubled, but when I had the sales person check the online price, she gave me the online sale price. Her attitude was stinky and didn't offer to put it on. Then charged me full price and huffed when I pointed out her mistake. In the end, I got a great product for way less than the cell phone store.

I wanted to put my new Samsung Galaxy S4 in a new case I mean this phone is light with the case it adds weight to it but at least with the three layers of protection that the Otterbox defender case offers for your phone why wouldn't you want to protect it from getting damaged. I also purchased an Otterbox for my iPad with Retina display.
