I got this case to protect my new G4 phone. It was actually recommended to me, and I am very happy with it. It seemed a little bulky at first, but the phone was larger than my last one and so everything felt different. This case fits the phone well, and I like the charge slot cover that opens to charge and can then be closed to protect from moisture. I have already dropped the phone onto concrete with no ill effects - so I know my investment is well protected.

Dependable case like any other Otterbox case. It comes with a belt clip, if you like that option. The case fits tightly over the phone, which to me seems to give it more protection from falls. I'm not a huge fan of the included screen protector; It seems to work well enough, but gives off a ton of glare and sometimes pressing down on the screen won't register my touch, so I have to press down harder. I will probably upgrade to a Glass screen cover soon. Great case and cover overall, but in my opinion, the screen protector could be a bit better.

The Otterbox Defender case is great. It protects my G4 from drops and bumps (I've already dropped my phone many times and I've only had it about one month). The only thing I don't like about this case, and it seems to be a well known and universal problem, is the flimsy built-in screen protector. It doesn't make contact with the screen evenly and this creates touch sensitivity problems. To remedy the situation, I tore out the built-in screen protector and purchased an Invisible Shield 'Glass' hard screen protector online (the only place this product seems to be available is Invisible Shield's website). The combination of the Otterbox Defender and the Invisible Shield 'Glass' screen protector is great. Just be very careful when snapping the case on if you do have a hard screen protector on your phone, as the Defender case actually cracked the corner of the screen protector on mine.

We all got new phones for the family (early Christmas). We bought OtterBox defenders for each one of them and hey we love them. They provide great protection and a great feeling of comfort. Yes the phone is a little bigger with the cover but it is nice to know it is protected (3 layers what do you expect). I will take it. Worth the investments We love it. My oldest when out and got one for her Apple. (yea I got a IPhone in the house)

I bought this case due to previous good experience with the Otterbox, and it is a great case for protecting your phone from drops or falls. My only complaint is that it isn't water tight enough to prevent accidental drops into water in the sink or bucket, that you retrieve your phone out of immediately. I know that it isn't in the description of the case, but it would be nice to have that minimum protection in a case in this price range.

Protects the phone very well. Not bulky or heavy. Very easy to use.

Otter box is the best case on the market. I don't walk out with my phone until I buy an otter box. I've never had a phone break and I've dropped them many of times while in this case. If the case breaks or rips they'll replace it for free.

Two days after i bought my phone my cat knocked it off the counter. It was in the case so, no damage. I wear my phone on my belt so I needed something that would protect it and this seems to do the job. It was also the only one with a belt clip that the store had in stock when I bought my phone.

I love the fact the I don't have to worry much about breaking my phone my mistake with this case. It may be a little bulky but it definitely gets the job done.

I really like the LG G4, it has a good screen, very good front and rear camera and easy to use. I still have a lot to learn on what all this phone can do. Came with good built in apps like lockout.

It's great to get a screen protector and durable phone case together instead of having to purchase them separately. I chose this brand because of their warranty. This case comes with a holster which I don't really need but it's nice to have that option. The sales person mentioned that a lot of people don't like the screen protector that comes with the case and they opt to take that off and buy a glass screen protector instead. I am satisfied with the screen protector that came with the case but again it's nice to know what the options are.

This case fits very well and having already dropped the phone.... It protected the phone from any damage at all! I am very pleased with the case. Everything they promised is true.

The otterbox is the best phone case I have ever used. It is easy to use and protects my phone better than I expected. I highly recommend this case.

My husband loves the Otter for the way it holds his G4 and the easy access he has to get the phone in and out of it. He also enjoys the swivel feature that allows him to adjust it's fit against his body. His only concerns are that it sticks out and can catch on the car door frame when getting into the driver's seat. This has caused the unit to break apart. We were able to get warranty replacement the first time, but we're past the time limit the second time. Working with a glue repaired unit for now. Still really like the Otter and would recommend it to friends. Just have to protect it in certain circumstances.

We have three Otterboxes on our phones and really like how the Defender works for the LG G4. We leased a phone for the first time ever and the cell companies are very restrictive regarding the condition the phone is supposed to be returned in at the end of list. So getting a quality case is essential. The Defender for G4 fills the bill nicely. It doesn't add too much bulk, looks great, and the built-in screen protector is an added plus.

This is my 3rd case for 3rd smart phones. None of my phones has every been damaged since using this case as protection . Buy it for piece of mind, it is well worth the cost. My 2nd case lasted over 4 years on a S3 phone on its second battery. The phone was my service \ GPS phone for service repairs job I had. Inter case still great, outer rubber case show wear, but still protect phone. The Best Valve for your money.

The belt clip on the first case (different brand) that I bought bought for this phone broke after a couple of months. of moderate usage. The Otter case was recommended by a store associate as being the best on the market. Whereas the first case was hard plastic, this one is rubberized. I've dropped the phone a few times with no negative consequences. Also, the built-in phone glass protector is an added bonus.

Love the new LG G4 phone, tremendous camera and the Otterbox case is great.

Only wish it were water resistant other than that more than adequate protection from shock and dust.
