Great product
I got this case to protect my new G4 phone. It was actually recommended to me, and I am very happy with it. It seemed a little bulky at first, but the phone was larger than my last one and so everything felt different. This case fits the phone well, and I like the charge slot cover that opens to charge and can then be closed to protect from moisture. I have already dropped the phone onto concrete with no ill effects - so I know my investment is well protected.

Sturdy case
Dependable case like any other Otterbox case. It comes with a belt clip, if you like that option. The case fits tightly over the phone, which to me seems to give it more protection from falls. I'm not a huge fan of the included screen protector; It seems to work well enough, but gives off a ton of glare and sometimes pressing down on the screen won't register my touch, so I have to press down harder. I will probably upgrade to a Glass screen cover soon. Great case and cover overall, but in my opinion, the screen protector could be a bit better.

Great case for the G4
The Otterbox Defender case is great. It protects my G4 from drops and bumps (I've already dropped my phone many times and I've only had it about one month). The only thing I don't like about this case, and it seems to be a well known and universal problem, is the flimsy built-in screen protector. It doesn't make contact with the screen evenly and this creates touch sensitivity problems. To remedy the situation, I tore out the built-in screen protector and purchased an Invisible Shield 'Glass' hard screen protector online (the only place this product seems to be available is Invisible Shield's website). The combination of the Otterbox Defender and the Invisible Shield 'Glass' screen protector is great. Just be very careful when snapping the case on if you do have a hard screen protector on your phone, as the Defender case actually cracked the corner of the screen protector on mine.
