Gotta love the otterbox

I just spent too much money on a top of the line Iphone pro max, and as the the otterbox is on sale for 39 dollars, it's totally worth it. It's elegant and indestructible. I'm a phone dropper, and if you are too, this is the case for you. Just finished putting it on, and it's clean, functional and totally protects my phone.

It has saved my previous phones from major damage , my wife dropped hers and the protective shield, separate product, cracked but the iPhone and its screen were fine . We got top dollar on our trade ins.

We shall see how it goes. Hope it doesn’t fail me again. Fits very well. Only had a phone for two weeks. Case is already showing signs of wear we’re it covers the charging port. Hard plastic and rubber components. I would not recommend this product due to the fact that Amazon or eBay and other companies make very well comparable cases to the outer box.

Really saved my phone when I dropped it then ran over the phone with car tire. Did not break the phone. Ended up with Only a small scratch where a sharp rock was on the screen. I couldn't have a phone without the OtterBox.

I started using a cheaper version because it was just to bulky. Surprise ! The new defender I got for my 12 Pro Max offers great protection but it is nowhere near as fat and bulky as the older style. It’s actually quite thin. I would def recommend this case !

Decent looking case with a grippy hold. Which gave it 3 stars for me just by itself. BUT... 1. NOT mag-safe compatible (I read it had varied results) 2. Cant charge wirelessly with Qi charging stands. I went all in on wireless charging and since I bought the case... I was disappointed that it cant charge. Im hoping for the other Defender Pro XT case that is "mag-safe compatible" to possibly work?

We're sorry to hear that you're not loving your Defender Series Pro case! While that case is compatible with Qi charging pads, it is not designed for optimal functionality with MagSafe accessories. Keep in mind, this case will perform best with OtterBox branded wireless chargers. That being said, we have a sizeable lineup of OtterBox cases that we designed specifically to interact with Apple's MagSafe ecosystem and that have been through our full gauntlet of tests to ensure they will still offer the protection OtterBox is known for. I have used Otterbox cases since 2011 and never had a complain about them. Provides the best protection for my IPhone 12 Max Pro. I love the warranty because if something happens to the phone case, I just have to pay for shipping to get a new case compared to paying over $65
