Q: Good evening is 12pro max cover have a see true cover an the face?
A: No it doesn’t. It use to but it always caused touch sensitivity issues. I have a tempered glass screen protector on mine and it works perfectly
Q: Am I able to use this case with a tempered screen protector?
A: Yes. I installed one on mine.make sure you get case friendly screen.

Q: Is this case "Mag Safe" compatible?
A: This case is NOT Mag Safe compatible. I can't even get it to work on my wireless charger. I'm very disappointed in this case. I've always had Otterbox, but it seems to me that the original Defender case is the way to go. I could at least wirelessly charge my last phone with the original defender case. This defender pro is more sleek in design, but I can't get it to wirelessly charge on my brand NEW charging pad.
