It doesn't get any better for protection of your valuable device. I purchased my first OtterBox for my IPhone 5, then IPhone 7 and now IPhone 12. I've never had the slightest damage to any phone. Don't ask how many times it's been dropped. You'll be perfectly satisfied, hand down.

Great case! I love how Otterbox slimmed down their Defender Pro case from previous versions. The rubber outer shell and plastic inner frame seem to provide great protection if you were to drop it. Case also comes with a plastic holster and belt clip. Got it on sale for $35 which is a huge win.

Exceptional Performance Worth it's price in gold! Protects my cell phone - need I say more? Solid, well built and provide great protection when combined with a screen protector. Mine is 4 months old and holds up to use and abuse very well. Highly recommended!

Great case! I normally go for the silicone style Otter box cases because they look less bulky. However this all black hard shell case makes my phone look even smaller than what it is. This case will slip out of your hand if you don’t have a firm grip on it. I have dropped it a ton of times (because it is somewhat slippery) but there are no scratches on the case and no damage to my phone. Overall I really like it and have no problem recommending it.

I have previously owned Otter boxes before. They have never steered me wrong. I love them. They protect the phone from bumps and scratches. I am confident that if I happened to drop the phone out of my hands that this case will prove it's durability and keep my phone safe from breaking it.

A lot thinner than previous models ive owned-but still has a lip for protecion -fits in pocket fine even with an i phone 12 pro max- ive always used the defender and always get the best trade ins for my used phones.

Excellent case. Keeps the new phone safe and beautiful. Great holster that is comfortable and doesn’t get in the way on the move. Highly recommend this case for your 12 pro max. Installation is easy also. Easier than I remember for other cases in the past.

This is my 3rd case from OtterBox, the last 3 times that I had switched phones, I keep going back to OtterBox, it has protected my phones every time I have dropped them, leaving no damaged. it is my my go to case to care for my investment. Very pleased. D.

Best case ever, wife drops the Iphone pro 12 max as if it was a sport, case has protected this phone, no if and buts about it. Avery good case, if your plans are to keep the phone for a while this would be your best investment to protect the phone.

Amazing tough case , is very realistic with newer phones being more fragile . Only down side is if you have a glass screen protector sometimes the case will slightly move and cause the screen protector to crack but , other than that I have nothing negative to say about the case or otter box , we’ve used otter box since the first one came out . As a military family always on the go and with kids it’s a must have

The case itself is great. The instructions on putting the unit on the phone are worthless. Youtube has a video that shows you what you have to do. easy when using the video. The outer cover with clip sucks. It doesn't function well at all. It's hard to get the phone out. It would have been much better if you could charge the phone with it on. I will be looking for a new cover that allows access to charging.

I had otter box with my last Iphone it performed well with small drops that is why i went with it this time not to jazzed with the colors but it was better that black,clear or pink it fits tight around the phone so far so good in that reguard.

I really like their new defender series case, it is much thinner than it used to be which was my main complaint about the old ones. I haven’t had any problems with this case so far, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a case that is very protective.

In the construction industry and Otter box is a must for all my phones and devices around the workplace. My main reason for purchasing Otterboxes is the cover for the charging port. I wish they had less bulkier cases that offered that charging port cover.

This is a good protective case. It has two layers, and the rubber one is stiff and feels like it will be very good for protecting the phone dropped. I have already had this happen a couple times, which is why I always get the most protective cases I can find..

OtterBox Defender has saved a number of my IPhones after being dropped. It's just a bit clunky but when I handle someone else's phone I feel they are being risky with simpler higher risk cases. I wouldn't use anything else than a Defender case.

The otter box defender has always been a tough case. one draw back was how bulky it was so didn’t really like that. But now it’s slim with the same tough protection. Love it. Protects my iPhone 12 Pro Max and still looks sleek.

I love using the otter box for my IPhone! It keeps it well protected, i have dropped my phone a few times and so far it still looks new, no scratches or cracks yet. I Love the plum color too.

I’ve had one of these for almost every iPhone I’ve owned. I recently dropped my new phone for the first time and was sure I’d damaged it. The phone was fine and the case didn’t even have a dent. I’ll continue using these cases as long as I own a phone.
