Very good for overall protection, just a little bulky.

This is the second Otter Box Defender Series case Ive owned. First was for a Galaxy S5. The basic construction is firm, sturdy, and durable. Unfortunatley dosen't come with a screen protector for that added value. oh well

Love it as an otterbox. It is not slippery and doesn’t slide on surfaces. Have an invisible shield screen protector in it, fits perfectly. I don’t like that this is thinner than the normal defender. The corners are curved to protect the screen but I am not as confident during an accidental drop that there is enough protection. Only time will tell.

Very pleased with otterbox defender pro series. It was a little difficult to get the phone into it but it works extremely well. Overall very pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone with an iPhone 12.

Have used other phone cases including expensive ones. For price, value, and protection I always come back to the Otter Box. You can pay more but you won’t get better protection than you get from Otter Box.

I always use a defender case on my phones but I was reluctant to purchase one without built in screen protector. I ended up adding a separate zagg shield with blue light protection and am very happy with both purchases.

I'm a Spigen case lover but this is my first time to use otterbox and I was amazed by the way it hug my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The design and durability is outstanding. Happy customer here

Anyone knows about OtterBox cases knows that’s the best case you can buy… When it comes to iPhones I highly recommend you purchase the top-of-the-line cases from OtterBox because they protect iPhones the best

Great protection but a little bulky for a Pro Max.

U can never go wrong with otter box cases when it comes to defense. Didn’t work well with wireless charging which is a bummer. Otherwise it’s the same awesome quality and build as their previous products

I haven’t found a better product to protect an iPhone better than otter box. I’m a tow truck operator and my phone gets a beating. I’ve had a I phone for 10 years and have not broke one yet that is to these cases.

Whenever I buy a new phone, I am a nervous wreck. I have been buying OtterBox's for over 10 years now. They are the best. I drop my phone every other day and I have never had any damage. They are the best!

If you are looking for the best iPhone case for protection against accidental drops or abuse.... look no further. You can't go wrong with an Otterbox, especially since this also has anti bacterial protection.

Very pleased with this product. It was a little difficult to get the phone into it but over all is sturdy and much lighter than expected. Would recommend this product to others who have purchased the iPhone 12.

The Defender is the best box for us. My husband’s last phone (fairly new at that time) was driven was driven over. He was still able to use the phone for two more years. For this reason, we stick with the Defender.

It seems like I drop my phone everyday and thanks to Otterbox, my phone always comes out of the case looking brand new. Although I have not used their customer service much, they are always friendly and helpful.

Case fit perfectly with the screen protector we installed. One we ordered from Amazon, same model just a different color, caused air pockets to form under the screen protector. Best Buy price was better, too!

This case works well for my needs. I rated this a 4 because it was an upgrade from the iphone 7 to iphone 12. The OtterBox I had previously had the built in screen protector and this one does not. It's a shame this model could not be enhanced with this feature and I had to purchase an additional product to get total protection.

Very nice looking case. The only issue is using a wireless charger with this case. Wireless chargers don’t work with this case on. Otherwise, this case does the job and protects your phone but do not recommend if you plan on using this phone with a MagSafe charger.

I feel very confident to get otter defender to protect my phone , I got for my previous phone and was so happy to feel my telephone was very good protected that I bought the same brand for my new phone
