Good Protection, Poor to no wireless charging.

I’m not talking about Mag Safe, I’m talking about a wireless charging pad. It most definitely doesn’t work with Mag Safe. The case is just to thick to work with wireless charging pads. I’ve used these cases with iPhone 8 up to 11 Pro Max with no problems with charging pads, but doesn’t work with 12 Pro Max.

Great to know the Defender Pro Series has your vote of confidence in terms of protection, though we were sorry to hear that you've had some trouble keeping your new iPhone 12 Pro Max amped up while using it.
While we have tested and confirmed the case compatible with standard Qi wireless technology, it is correct that this specific model wasn't engineered for use with Apple's new MagSafe accessories (including the charger). If you're struggling with a standard charger, results can vary depending on what platform is being used and also the precise placement of the Apple/Otter combo on it. In addition, you might find it helpful to reboot both your device and charger and also to check and see if there have been any firmware or operating system updates to either.
