Directions, please

However, this is my first Otterbox defender and there were no directions on how to install it included in the box. I went to return it in the store and the customer service agent showed me how to take it apart and put my phone in. Ended up keeping it after that and I feel my new phone is safe. Recommend company include a direction pictograph or some 101/how-to sentence on the box or on a sheet inside the box for us newbies. Would love more color options too!

It is a lot bigger but then it also protects and in all the years I had the 6, I never had a breakage even when it fell on concrete so it was a no brainer to get the same product with this 12 ProMax.

Love Otterbox

Once I had dropped my phone and it fell beneath my car's wheel, only for me to RUN IT OVER. Lo and behold, the case was slightly cracked and my phone was PERFECT! For the best protection go with Otterbox!

Purchased online, decided to do a store pick up. L store had it ready for pickup with the hour! I would recommend this case to anyone looking for a quality product that will protect your $1000 smart phone. Overall A++++

I work out in the field and I’m in and out of my truck all the time and I dropped my phone on a regular basis from a high distance onto the asphalt and I have never even had a scratch to my phone.
