I was expecting a screen cover on it and for that reason returned it, maybe it says it in the description or details and I missed it.

After exhaustive design testing, our engineers determined that the best way to interact with the advanced screen of your display was without the addition of a built-in screen protector. That being said, our tests have shown that this case provides the same level of drop protection as past Defender Series cases. Ok, but can’t wirelessly charge.

One of the main new features of this phone is the MagSafe charging. The case will not let you wirelessly charge at all, and you can’t even come close to MagSafe charging. Very expensive case to not get all the features to work.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Defender Series Pro! While this OtterBox was designed with Qi charging in mind, some charging bases will perform better than others. Additionally, we do recommend using OtterBox Power options for the best charging experience with a standard wireless charger. As for charging on MagSafe chargers, this is not designed for optimal performance with all MagSafe accessories. Great with one great problem

But with this case I’ve found their is a serious issue with the iPhone/ case clicks into the belt holder. I’ve had this phone in this case actually fall out multiple times so far. There is no “click” as it connects in so I’m always checking to make sure it’s hasn’t dropped off. Not exactly what I prefer, this should be addressed

I’ve had Otter Box for years and I’ll admit my phones have taken a few hits on the floor and asphalt. However, they’ve never been damaged from these falls. Would highly recommend.

It is the best case out there and I have never had an issue with any of them. They are tough, durable, and aesthetically the best choice.

Only thing about Outterbox is it is very thick and makes the overall hold of the phone feel very big. It does protect very well with drops and the belt clip holder is strong and holds the phone tight without having to worry about your phone falling out.
