Perfect fit for my XR and the purple color was excellent

I have used the defender type case for everyone of my iPhones. I love the clip which makes it safe to care without fear of it dropping Out of a pocket or sitting on it. I have dropped my phones 20 feet out of helicopters and stepped on my 110 pound dog always without damage. Love the otter box defender series

We have always protected every iPhone in my family with an OtterBox Defender during the past several years. Even without the plastic belt mount/protective cover, it offers superior trauma protection. My only misgiving is that the OtterBox Defender for IPhone XR does not come with a plastic screen face. While the prior included plastic face may not be ideal for preventing damage to the face of the iPhone, it does keep dirt off the the screen face. I am annoyed that I had to buy an Amor Edge to compensate for this deficiency.

I purchased this case for my son. He is your typical rough always on the move guy. The case is holding up nicely and continues to ease my mind when it comes to protecting my son’s phone. The only issue I had was getting the case open and on the phone initially but with a bit of patients and attention I got it on.

Provides great protection and good grip. Good value.

It’s an Otter Box for a good sale price and nice color besides black im glad I kept searching in different sites and was glad to see Best Buy had it in stock plus Best Buy sent me a 10% off for my birthday month and it applied on the Otter Box I’m thinking of buying the purple one in a few months but this is hold up great

Otter Box is the best possible protection one can buy for an IPhone IMHO. The protection this has afforded me on all iPhone/IPad purchases in the past is amazing and yes it has saved me multiple times. Otter Box is truly an company and. I recommend their products to all!!!

OtterBox has saved my phone from damage many times. My phone fell from a paper towel dispenser in a bathroom and didn’t sustain any damage. The OtterBox case cracked but protected the phone. With each upgrade I always purchase an OtterBox to protect my phone. The belt clip however never seems to last the way the case does. It always catches something and snaps. It definitely needs a more durable design or material. The case is awesome but the belt clip is disappointing.

This is a replacement for the one I broke when it caught on a near by fixture, my fault. Even though the case and the iPhone XR fell and skidded across a concrete floor. I have used these cases on previous phones and am very pleased with the protection provided while providing convenient carrying on my belt.

For EVERY iPhone I've owned since first getting the 3G, I have put the most protective Otterbox case on them. For the Xr, that's the Defender Pro. This is a great protective case, but it makes the iPhone a little too big with this case. I don't blame this on the case, but rather the phone itself. It doesn't fit in my front pocket, and it's too big for all but one of my pants with thigh Cell Phone pockets. I'm hoping to convince my wife to take this phone, and then I'll just use her iPhone 7 for another year :)

Great protection. 4 stars because of added bulk. Otherwise, incredibly protective; all we buy is Otterbox for our phones anymore.

Purchased iPhone XR a few months ago and purchased a different case than usual. I dropped my phone one time and cracked screen. With all my other iPhones, I never cracked my screen when I dropped my phone when I had it in an OtterBox. I purchased the trusty OtterBox they say I got my screen replaced.

While mobile phones are becoming more advanced, they are still vulnerable to damage, sometimes with the smallest bump or drop. This phone case has protected each of the mobile phones I've owned, and I've never had any damage to any of them while in this brand of case. Well worth the cost, as far as I'm concerned.

Since my husband now has an IPhone XR, I purchased this case for him as a protection for his new phone. He has neuropathy in his hands and is prone to drop things so the Otterbox case was a must have. He had one on his old phone and it really protected it. You can:t go wrong with an Otterbox case.

Nice case, kinda bulky but will protect the phone. Add says it has a screen saver, but does not. Thats why the 4 star and not 5

great protection, non slip. love it, only con is that it doesn't slide in and out of pocket easily due to the non slip case.

The otterbox defender case is the one I always use on all my phones. I have dropped my phone several times (all my phones). I just upgraded to the XR and immediately purchased the defender case. Keeps phone protected and looking new! Invest in this case and your phone will be protected for sure.

The otter box defender series are perfect for people who don’t work at a desk and need a safe secure way to bring their phone with them . It offers drop protection and a secure belt clip which is the main reason I get the defender series. I’ve used them for 8 years and I’ve never damaged a phone .

I would not leave the store without an otter box to protect a new phone. It has saved me many times after dropping the phone on cement garage floor or dropping it in the snow. i also use a screen cover to protect the screen. Thanks to the otter box, I have never needed a repair.

I didn’t read reviews before purchasing and just went by the pics on site. I thought this had a front screen protector on it as that was what I was looking for. After receiving I noticed box said screen less (maybe not exact words) and I was disappointed. But after installing it does give protection, I just purchased a cheap screen protector to protect from scratches. So overall, it’s an outer box and does protect the phone.
