I have been dealing with otter box for around 7 years protesting my different series of iPhones. The case in a whole has come a long way. The case has had it’s flaws in the past which included the slip cover losing it’s shape and the holster clip breaking. They have fixed the slipcover problem, but I think that the holsters clip can be made more robust though. The holster clip broke in less than a week. Customer service is flawless when a problem does come up.

Great cover and durable. A bit bulky. Belt clip tends to get caught at times but good phone protection on the job.

This is my 4th Otter box. I get them for the extra protection because I am clumsy. I originally chose Otter box because I understood it was guaranteed not to break but all 3 of my former ones have come apart and I’ve had to replace them. Reading no the fine print when I replaced the first one I realized they would not send me a replacement so I’ve had to buy every one of them. But they do a great job of protecting my phone which is why I’ve stuck with Otterbox.

Never leave the store without one!! Very sturdy. Be sure to grab a screen protector before you leave. The iPhone XR has a curved front so this otter box has an open front, exposing the glass of the phone. Made an expensive investment in getting iPhone XR, need to protect it!!

I used the Defender case on my 5S iPhone for 4 years and when I traded in the phone last week for the XR the apple rep said that she had never seen a 4-year old phone in such good condition. My new Defender Pro case appears to be as strong and as reliable as my old Defender case. The strange part is that I found the Dark Blue Defender Pro at BestBuy even though the OtterBox Web site does not even list that color option as being available for the Defender Pro. It shows that it is available for the Defender but not the Defender Pro. Hopefully my new Defender Pro case will protect my new XR phone as well as my old Defender case protected my 5S

I purchased a OtterBox Defender Pro Series for my iPhone XR at Best Buy the other Day. The only thing was when I asked if I could see it the Employee that was standing outside on the Curb told me He was not allowed to let me touch it, I could only see it while He held it outside on the Curb. I thought sense I already had another OtterBox iPhone case that I purchased for my IPhone 7Plus that it had the plastic Film protective cover, but of course wouldn’t you you know it after I purchased it and used $45.00 of my Rewards I found out it did not. So that was a TOTAL disappointment. I really thought that this OtterBox Box was suppose to protect the Screen with its “OWN” Screen Cover built in to the Case. For the price I would think it included it, but then again when you can’t even be allowed to hold the package to read what It includes How are you to know. I was told by the Best Buy employee that this is for a iPhone XR and it is one of the Best and not a “Girl” Case. What ever that was suppose to mean. Anyway I am somewhat very disappointed because the Screen is still very exposed and that was the whole point of the case. I just purchased a replacement for this iPhone XR.

Bought it for son when upgraded iPhone he said a bit bulky but better then a broken phone screen

I always buy an OtterBox for my phone it protects it from the water and from the weather on our ride my bike and if I drop it it takes care of the phone all my phones I’ve had I have never broke my screen thanks to the OtterBox

As usual Otterbox exceeds expectations. Drop protection is fantastic. Only downsides are that it no longer comes with the built in screen protector and the mic can seem muffled at times because of the thicker case.

In my opinion one of the best cases to get for your iPhone Xr. Have tried a few different case but loved this one the most. Awesome protection, very thick which I like and seems very well built. Just get a screen protector and your all set to take on the world.

I’d be in the repair shop every week if my Otterbox wasn’t protecting my phone. It has taken some pretty stiff falls and my phone seems to go on trucking. I’ve had one of these on my last 2 phones so I now depend on it and wouldn’t think of going without it.

You can't go wrong with a OtterBox Defender. I have never broke a phone with this case as long as OtterBox had been in business. The best of the best and it has a lifetime warranty as long as you register it you get a new case for the price of the shipping.

The Defender box is heavy but protects well. It is a little difficult to take off quickly for a call.

I have this deal about dropping things. And seam to always drop my phone. That is why I bought this case and have dropped the phone several times since it has been put in the case. The phone has NOT been damaged

Offers stellar protection just like every other OtterBox I've owned. I've dropped my Xr a few times onto hardwood floors and gravel driveway with no damage to the phone. The texture of the case also prevents any slippage on surfaces. And it's purple!

I like the color and the protection that it gives. I drop my phone and it bounce, no break!!

My dad has a very active lifestyle and he used to go through cases and phones more than three times a year. Until he started using OtterBox. He swears by it. It’s the best case for him. He’s dropped his phone multiple times and his iPhone is perfect.

I have used Otter Box for many years. This case is up to otter Box quality. A screen protector is not included with the basic case. I purchased a screen protecter and installed it. I now have the protection for my phone that i wanted and needed.

I’ve never had issues with the OtterBox for my iPhones. I’ve dropped my iPhones a few times in the past and never had the screen crack or other damage. It also has a lifetime guarantee so if it gets out of shape or tears, OtterBox will replace it for free.

So far so good. No complaints fitting my phone. Belt clip was a nice addition.
