It’s a bit sad to have to write that I bought the OtterBox and other insurance because I failed to do that with a prior phone and damaged that phone beyond repair. It was an expensive mistake. This case helps avoid that expense.

Took me awhile to get used to the bulk of the case. Now I love it and it’s so durable. I do remove the phone for charging but otherwise I always use it. Keeps my phone safe, and that’s what counts.

If your careless with your phone then this case is meant for you. Has 3 layers of protection if you use the clip that you can attach to your belt. Recommend if you have an expensive phone and you take it to work.

Rugged case. Was hard to open, which I suppose isn't a bad thing. No worries about dropping it and the phone flying out! The bezel around the screen is quite deep and should offer good protection.

These are the best cases. I bought this one for my dad's phone and just like all the ones I've bought . . . it has protected his phone and never have we had a problem with the phone being damaged in any fashion or form.

We have always used an otterbox on our iPhones. They’re so solid, hubby drops off his truck, sons drop from bunk beds, mine flung from my hand like a frisbee and was still safe and sound! This one is very sleek for a defender case. Worth it.

I bought this on sale from Best Buy for less than everywhere else. Otterbox fit and finish was great. I also purchased a glass shield with it for the Iphone Xr. I have dropped it several times and it didn't crack or chip. Rock solid case!

This is my first step up to a smart phone. I wanted to protect it as I do a lot of outside physical work. This case hides the sleek design of my phone but that was not an issue for me. Protection was everything and I have not been disappointed.

I’m a repeat customer. I had an OtterBox case for my iPhone 6S. I was happy with how it protected my phone if I dropped it. I didn’t think I would like the color but I LOVE it. Overall, I’m satisfied.

After installing the otter box defender there was an incident where it dropped about 4 feet to a hard floor and hit onthe corner of phone.. The screen was not cracked it saved another screen replacement

My husband calls his otter box his phone insurance! The case does add a little bulk to the phone but after a while you don’t notice it. Super easy to put on the phone and take off. Definitely worth it to protect your phone!

I’m a fireman and I’ll only purchase Otterboxes. Nothing holds up better if you’re on the move. I’ve run over this thing and it’s saved my phone and still been a serviceable case afterwards.

I’ve purchased probably 10 cases over the past few years for my entire family (2 teens) and every time we upgrade our phones we get the full amount possible for credit. The otter boxes keep them safe, clean and in perfect condition.

I do a lot crazy stuff at my job , and I need a tough case. I didn’t want my new iPhone XR to get damage, and I defiantly chose the right case. My phone fell from the top of a 8 ft ladder and am happy to say no damage to my phone.

Defender Series is a great protector for my iPhone. A bit expensive but worth the price. It is cheaper than the price to get a iPhone fix if it is dropped and damage. (Ya Know!!) Good investment

Good protection for phone, but I find it makes the phone heavier.
