My husband remodels houses and so his phone goes through a lot throughout the day. This case has protected his phone from drops, dirt and debris getting in the ports. I highly recommend this case.

Got this for my son on the recommendation of the a rep in the store. It's light weight yet effective. My son likes the belt clip to prop up the phone when watching videos.

Used the Defender series Otterbox on all of my iPhones in the past and I like this one the best so far. It seems they designed this case for the iPhone 12 a little thinner but still with the same quality.

I'd never walk out of the store without an Otterbox Defender case on an IPhone. If there's only one thing I'd ask...I wish they'd go back to an open circle on the back where the Apple logo can be seen...

Purchased to replace old defender series otter box due to phone falling out of clip.

I love the otter box it has saved my phone on many occasions. Got lucky one day and it saved my phone when it got ran over by an industrial forklift.

Awesome product. One critique however, the case came assembled with no instructions on how to take it apart to put the phone in. Other than that, great case that fits easy into pockets and functional.

I love the OtterBox defender you can toss it drop it and you usually don’t have any problem with your phone getting damaged I would recommend it and I always look for one when I buy a new phone

It protects my phone (all around) so if I drop it, it seems to have less chance of damage happening. I can still charge it through the case if I lay it on a charger. Overall, I’m satisfied.

I bought it because my last case was not too strong enough for my work (I work in roofs and attics). This case with the three layers cover works perfect to me!

Originally purchased this because of the reviews. I quickly realized that it is not compatible with wireless charging due to the thickness of the case. I exchanged it for the Symmetry Series so I could use wireless chargers. Otherwise, I would have kept it.
