It is definitely expensive, but with otterbox you pay for what you get; these cases will keep your phone in good condition if you drop it a lot like me.

Provides strong protection for the the phones front glass and back case and the touch sensitivity of the glass does not seem to be affected. The holster with belt clip is low profile and can be worn vertically or horizontally, as well as having rounded edges so as not to snag on clothes. Case can be used without holster, still providing excellent screen and phone body protection, rubberized buttons on case work well with phone controls, case provides sufficient dust and moisture protection. Case is NOT waterproof

Otterbox is OK. They seem to be OK, but the competition is fierce. It would seem to me there should be more grip. I notice not as much recess to the screen as there was once before and no built-in screen protector.
