I dropped it multiple times severely damaging the phone. The phone is still crystal clear. I went again for the same brand to transfer the phone to my son. Great product.

Soooo glad I got the last drop of function out of iPhone 7 with bad battery and got the iPhone 12 (almost got the 11 sometime ago - dodged that bullet). Great timing. Best Buy has made it easy for at&t Customer to get a new iPhone , switch info over to new phone quickly , no hassle , gentleman that helped was not driven by commission , and a true professional , thankfully !
