Great, sturdy case for the iPhone. If something gets on the back it cleans off well. It’s a little harder to clean on the side due to the design indentions, but not a deal breaker. So far pleased with this purchase and the quality of this product.

OtterBox always has the best cases, but this one stands out to me since it seems to be much smaller and skinnier. The one issue in the past were that the phone cases were so big and bulky, but this one is much better and fits in the pocket a lot easier.

It helps that Best Buy often has these products on sale. This OtterBox case is slimmer than the past ones I’ve used for my iPhone’s which I love. It doesn’t have it’s own screen protector which is a plus in this case since they are notoriously hard to clean. It’s design allows for other screen protectors.

I always get Otterbox cases, the plastic part around the charger always gives out and starts tearing after about 2 to 2 1/2 years, but by that time I'm ready for a new phone anyway. I trust that it will be no different for my iPhone 12, thanks Otterbox for not making me have to deal with a cracked phone.

Liked the case, design was good but preferred the LifeProof case. Will be returning at some point for the other case.

I wasn't really pleased with the look and color, but had to buy a case for my phone and this is the only one Best Buy had of this caliber. This model is very safe and I do recommend it; however, be prepared to pay another $25 for the screen. This case does NOT come with a screen, which is a disappointment.

The clip need to be better; overall is a good protection for your phone. The price is high tho $59.99.

Finding cases for iPhone 12 has become difficult. This was a great buy, on sale and I had reward dollars. Win-win

Case is real solid. Wireless charging compatible. Only bit of a downside is the holster itself if you use it. Those 2 little teeth that clips the phone in place of the holster broke after about a week and a half of use. Luckily my local retailer was awesome in helping me exchange the holster

nice and strong case. there is more gripping on this years vs past models so you have to get use to that.

I've always gone with OtterBox Defender Series and with this one, it's so streamlined that it doesn't feel clunky in any way. Not that I ever minded that in the past, but I'm pleasantly surprised at how minimal the case is, yet no sacrifice on durability.
