After figuring out that after unpacking, it wasn't too hard to insert phone into case.

I saw 3 geek squads walk by and not one person ask for help. I had to track someone down to get help. he wasn't knowledge able in apple products. then charge me to put a screen protector on. took even longer for that

Otter Defender

This Defender does not come with a protective plastic shield for the face of the phone. Not a big deal, I don't think. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to open the hard plastic shell. I find it frustrating to try and get the phone out of the case. Also the plastic / rubber buttons on the side sometimes require a bit more pushing to get the operation to work. But the reason for buying this case is for the protection it provides for the phone, and the case is very good at that.
