Good sturdy casing, have used otter box products for a long time, always reliable against dropping, otter box is very dependable for grand children

This was a nice purchase but it was a little hard to install it since the phone case is sealed together pretty good and it didn't seem like it peeled apart that easily. After figuring out that after unpacking, it wasn't too hard to insert phone into case.

Service was exceptional and clerk was very knowledgeable.

The case offers great protection for the iPhone. This Defender does not come with a protective plastic shield for the face of the phone. Not a big deal, I don't think. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to open the hard plastic shell. I find it frustrating to try and get the phone out of the case. Also the plastic / rubber buttons on the side sometimes require a bit more pushing to get the operation to work. But the reason for buying this case is for the protection it provides for the phone, and the case is very good at that.

Bought this for my husband. He is very rough on his phone cases and this is holding up very well. Love the clip attachment. Highly recommend
