However, after just 3 months of regular use, the outer silicone/rubber piece of the case suddenly became very loose and barely latched on to the inner plastic piece around the case. I would have to pay Otterbox another $7 just for a replacement. I’m overall disappointed in the outer part of the case.

Broke TWO screen protectors in 12 days because the lack of "Edge" protection on Apple case. (Best Buy staff is the BEST!!) I went back to Otter-Box and they NEVER disappoint. You can't beat their replacement warranty if you have a rare issue. I have used Otter-Box for MANY MANY years and will continue to. Just wish they had more non-slip edges & cases with a little less bulk. When protecting an expensive phone I'll gladly live with a little extra bulk.

They used to have lifetime warranty on the products but went cheap and reduced them to limited warranties. Overall its a good product, but they seem overpriced now that the warranty no longer exists as it used to.
