We’re sorry for any confusion with the Defender Pro Series Case and that we missed an email from you a couple years ago.
Although this case does come with raised edges to help protect the screen, it does not include a built in screen protector. We stopped including the built in screen protector with the Defender a few years ago. This allows customers the option of having direct contact with the screen or being able to pick from a variety of superior OtterBox glass screen protectors that will work seamlessly with the case and device.
