This is the first Otterbox that I've owned. Aside from the lousy instructions, I am liking this case a lot. I was looking for one that had a bit of a grip to it, as the first case I'd bought was too slippery. This is much better. I just wish the instructions were clearer. I had no idea it came apart into so many pieces and wound up going to youtube to find out how to actually put the case on.

I really like this and it appears to be rugged and offer the protection I want. Only complaint is it won’t charge on my wireless charging pads. I would appreciate a tip on a charger that can penetrate the back for a good charge.

Got this for my dad as a Christmas gift, and he loved it! Gives good protection and has a good grip so it won’t slide around.

I have already dropped my new phone and I am glad I had the Otter Box-Defender. It also is very functional and lighter weight.

Have had the OtterBox (Iphone 12) x about 10 days. Being busy and up and about- always have the phone in my hand or pocket,etc. Gives me extra assurance that phone is protected by the durable OtterBox. Also- don't need to remove my case to charge. The Otterbox defender is nice b/c , the extra markings/indentations on the Defender series provides me a comfortable grip- Wonderful for someone who is accident prone or require extra support to provide a good hold on something so expensive.

Easy to put together and it seems to provide a nice, sturdy environment for the phone without adding a lot of bulk.

I love this slimmer otter box that helps to protect my new IPHONE 12. The slimmer design helps make the phone easier to hold.

As with other Otterbox products, what you buy is of good quality. It protects the phone. What is missing though for complete protection is the front shield - if you get this model you will have to buy a screen protector

This Otter Box case is great. I purchased this product for my sons phone and I can't tell you the number of times it has saved my sons phone from braking. The best thing is that for $5-$10 in S&H Otter Box replaces the case (for only the cost of shipping) due to their life time guarantee!

OtterBox defender Pro has a inner comfort spot on the rear backplate of the case, for extra sturdy fall damage meaning it holds your phone tighter during a fall, leaving the damage to be absorbed all by the case. It does have layers of protection plus the inner pad to hold against the back plate.

Otter sets the standard. When I bought the phone they gave me a cheap brand for free - which I promptly threw away and got the OtterBox. Dropped and dropped again - not a scratch. You try not to drop, but sooner or later you will and you'll be glad you made the investment.

It may seem a little bulky....but your phone doesn't crack when dropped!!

Best phone protector I've ever owned. It may be bulkier than other cases, but guaranteed protection

Excellent grip and does not make the phone too bulky. Its edges are raised enough to protect the screen and the cameras.

Excellent case for protection, wish it had a screen protector on the case itself. I’ve noticed over time the case starts to become very soft which causes it to lift slightly on the back

Since this is my second otter box for the same phone I decided to give 4 stars. The only major flaw is the belt clip 1) it’s not fun to get pinched in the side! Belt clip locks in place to make a stand for the phone problem is that it can lock when bending and if it grabs more then belt or clothes! But it locks and and is extremely painful!! 2) the corners that hold the phone case into the belt clip break very easily as i have broken 3 granted there’s a warranty that covers that but everytime it breaks your responsible for the shipping and it takes time for snailmail to deliver a new clip aside that it does the job of protecting your phone from impacts

Great case, provides excellent drop protection, Good design. Fits my IPhone perfectly. Will be buying another.
