We're sorry for the confusion. This case is fully compatible with Qi Wireless charging. Are you attempting to use MagSafe? While this particular Defender Series Pro case doesn't support MagSafe, our Defender Series Pro XT case does. Please feel free to check it out on our OtterBox website. Also, the ridged case and rubberized texture keeps it from sliding on tilted surfaces or out of my hand.
