    This case was suggested to me because I kept breaking the glass protector on my phone. Because there is an additional protector on this case I could not use the keys on my phone.

    Thumb print spot could be improved

    I was super pleased with the sleekness of this case, but one annoyance is that my thumb print doesn't always recognize. The sheet of plastic over the thumb seems to interfere a bit.

    salesperson put wrong model on iPhone. We didn't realize it until we got home. Then had to leave on emergency trip to California.

    This phone case was difficult to use. It was hard to open and I did not like the fact that there was a cover over the mute button since I turn mute on and off often.

    I can’t hear when phone is to my ear... the screen protector covers my ear pc. It’s very bulky and a really ugly color but was the only one for my iPhone 8 that Best Buy had

    Great case, but it's a little overkill. To be fair, we only bought this one for my mom because we couldn't find another color case that she liked and I've had good luck with my Otterbox (a different series though). The little flaps over the power plug-in and the weird plastic cover that went over the screen had to be removed to make this thing more functional. Unless you're looking to completely encapsulate your phone for some reason, I'd go with something different.

    The tab to silence the ring doesn’t work

    You can line up the tab before you put the back on and it would work as soon as the back was installed could not turn off the ringer

We put that case through a number of intense tests to ensure that it meets our high standards of protection, but unfortunately, every drop or fall is subject to myriad different dynamics and angles, some of which are simply beyond our scope. In the end, we are unable to guarantee that absolutely all exposure to risk is eliminated through the use of our products.

      While our warranty does not extend to the Apple device itself, we would still love to send you a brand-new OtterBox so that you can get off to a fresh start once that screen is repaired.
