OtterBox - Defender Series Pro Hard Shell Case for Apple iPhone 7, 8 and SE (2nd generation) - Black

I have always liked the OtterBox phone protectors and have been using them since owning my first iPhone which was a 5 or a 6. I have never damaged my phone since using the OtterBox protectors and I work in a brutal environment for a cell phone. I’m a contract welder and work all over the United States, I’m from San Diego but have worked in California, Arizona, Florida and now in Virginia. My environment is dirty,many times hot and other times freezing. There metal dust from grinding steel to drop hazards. When you work repairing a navy ship and your phone falls, it’s not a soft landing, it’s going to land on hard steel and I have dropped my phone with the OtterBox from a height of 30 feet more than once and my iPhone 8 has survived without a defect. I’ve had this phone for 4 1/2 years. I’ve had it long enough that my battery had worn out but I had a new one installed because my phone worked fine. I normally replace my OtterBox every year because my job is so hard on a phone but the OtterBox gets worn out because of the abuse it gets on my job but my phone has never been damaged. Bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas for his new cell phone. He really likes it. He doesn't worry if he drops his cell phone now. Great grip too.

The OtterBox is a well-established company with really good products. The iPhone case that I have is working out so far so good. I haven’t been able to drop the phone a bunch since purchasing it but on the few occasions where it does fall out of my hands I worry a little bit less about the back or the front of the glass being shattered. Sometimes you have to spend good money to protect the products

I have gotten this case everytime I need a case and it is always the perfect case. It looks great and it protects the phone really well, even when I throw it across the room.

I love the case no damage to your home if it drops. I have even had first responders tell me that they use it.
