I’m upset, spent $50 for it not to work anymore. As I use Touch ID for everything.

The on button is hard to press as well as to turn it off. It wasn’t easy to put it together. You get what you pad for. I paid $25 now is $15.

Tough case for the outdoors

I had an Otterbox Defender for my last phone (iPhone 5S), and it kept it safe. This one seems less chunky but still very solid.

Maybe check out our streamlined Symmetry Series Case right here at Best Buy as a potential alternative. Other than at the outer edges, it doesn't cover the touchscreen in the same way, which should alleviate the issue you’ve experienced.

It fits my Iphone 8 perfectly and protects it from the outside elements. The case has a good feel and appears to be able to last some time. So far so good.

Big Improvement

I broke 3 screens and chipped off pieces from my previous case within one year. So far, I've dropped this one twice and it's undamaged! My one criticism is that I needed to keep my old screen on under this case. I couldn't remove screen that this case came with and now I have to press very hard to get the phone keys to respond.
