The only drawback with the defender series is the screen protector. Once it gets scratched or scuffed, there’s not much you can do besides buy a new case for $50. Although it adds bulk, it offers superior protection.

I bought this one because I never have had so much as a cracked screen on any phone and all were protected by an OtterBox.
