Bad holster, no screen protector

I use the holster with screen facing in, dose not secure well into holster and has come out of holster and fallen to ground several times. Reached out to otter box several days ago and have not received a response. I have always used otterbox and more precisely the defender series this is my first one that I’ve disliked. Also there is no screen protector on this case.
