Q: is the outer box case compatible for iPhone 13 pro max
A: If buying in store it will fit if the box says X-Large. The box doesn’t say anything about 13. It was iPhone 12 Pro Max box with X-Large on the box!!
A: No it fit both 12 and 13 pro max I have IPhone 13 pro max and I have this which fits perfectly.
A: Yes that’s what they told me when I bought my iPhone 13 pro max that the iPhone 12 Pro Max will work on those phones too
Q: Has anyone found a wireless charger that works with this case?
A: Yes. My Samsung wireless charger stands does work on my Apple 13 Pro while the Otterbox Defender case is installed.

Q: What’s the difference between defender pro & the defender pro XT ???
A: XT pretty much just stands for Xtra thin. The XT is just a slimmed down version of the defender pro.
Q: How do you remove a phone from the case?
A: Pull off the shell, then you unclip the little clips around the phone's sides. Some can be a little hard to pull off but I haven't broken any so far.
