The problem I've had in the past, and I try to avoid it but sometimes it just happens, is if you catch the "holster" on something while you're sitting down in a narrow chair, typically, you end of breaking the spring-loaded clip off! You can't fix it & they don't sell the part or the holster w/o buying the whole she-bang for $50! Sure wish I could save $ & just buy the holster part along w/o the "wrapper" for the phone.

Got this case to hold off until lifeproof comes out with their fre-power chargeable case. Comes with a hard plastic and durable rubber piece. Dropped a few times on accident and no damage to phone whatsoever. Pretty rugged and doesn’t make phone feel like a brick

OTHER THAN BEING REALLY EXPENSIVE, ITS BEEN PRETTY GOOD. IT HASN'T BROKEN YET LIKE THE OTHER PURCHASE

You get what you pay for! In this case, when you're talking about a $$$ phone you pay for the best; and with OtterBox you get the best! Phone feels secure! This is my third OtterBox. I put one on every phone, including the wifes.

Nice case, though a little bulky. I like the dust covers since I carry my phone in my pants pocket.

OtterBox makes some really strong cases. I've dropped my phone a couple of times and the case has held up well. The only issues that I've had with this case is that the protective flaps at the end of the phone where the charger is inserted and the flap that covers the ringer are about to break off. A better design would have not included flaps over areas that are used often.

Doesn’t protect the screen. You will need to buy a separate screen protector.

Case is real nice, very sturdy. I love the feel of it. It's not too bulky but definitely not flimsy.

I’ve used otter box products for years they hold up well, protection is great and they are affordable.

I've used OtterBox cases for all my phones I've owned and dropped them handfuls of times and no damage has ever happened to my phones. These cases are tough and do what they have been designed to do. No regrets!!!

This case is amazing. Compared to earlier versions this one is harder and it doesn’t develop a smell over time. There’s nothing protecting the front of the phone so you would have to get one of those glass protector

I have bought four Otter Boxes for phones now and continue to be happy with them. I was disappointed that they no longer come with the front glass included but I was able to buy it separate. I would buy another Otter Box if needed.

got a new iPhone and needed a good, sturdy case just in case of accidental drop.

I have used the defender series for years. I use my phone at work a lot and drop it frequently. I have never had an issue after dropping it. Great protection. It looks like the new style for the iPhone X will last longer as well.

The case fits the phone well but they no longer have a cover for the front.

Very sturdy but bulky case for the latest iPhone XS. Feels safe, but unwieldy at times.
