I’ve always trusted otter box with my phones so this was a no brainer. I bought product but it did not have a screen inside and by all accounts the QR code, directions on the box and pictures it should have had a screen in it. I took it back to the store Best Buy Berlin Turnpike in newington CT and explained every thing. They weren’t helpful I showed them the video from the QR code on the box and pictures on the box . The cashier told me they don’t come with a screen she put them on iPods before I asked if she could check another box and was told they can’t open products. So conclusion it either a manufacturer defect, incorrect description on the box. Either way the store wasn’t helpful and that’s one of the reasons I just stop going to the newiington Best Buy. Customer service thier is not what it used to and needs to be

Our Defender Series Pro was redesigned in order to provide the same drop protection even without the built-in screen protector. For an iPad option with a built-in screen protector, we recommend the Defender Series.

Overpriced junk

After 6 months, back support piece broke and flips down so it's constantly in the way and tedious to use. all in all, an over priced piece of crap. Best buys return policy is useless.

Just not to the otterbox quality standards I’m used too.
