The case from day 1 doesn’t lock into the holster securely. Has poped out of holster at least 3 times a day. I have had many defenders with previous iPhones and never had an issue so soon or ever.

This particular model was designed to provide optimum performance with the MagSafe charger, and a 40% success rate certainly isn't that. In addition, you obviously shouldn't have to worry about your device/case combo coming free from the holster, and we're sorry that you've had such an unnerving go of it.

It’s plasticy, relatively slick/slippery, does not offer good grip, and the magsafe functuonality is not as strong as with the case off. I was very disappointed, but i just grabbed a defender pro and could not be happier. I like otterbox, i just hate the XT.
