Q: I ordered this case for the 13 Pro Max and the plastic lip of the case for the camera protection is slightly lower than the lenses of the camera so they stick out. Is that right? I notice there is a different part number on otterbox's site for 12 and 13.

A: I HAD THE BEST BUY ASSOCIATE CONFIRM THAT I WAS GETTING THE RIGHT ONE. I DITCHED THE BOX BUT IT DEFINITELY SAID 13 PRO MAX. AND IT ALSO GAVE 6.7" WHICH IS THE PRO MAX SIZE. I NOTICED THE LACK OF PROTECTION FROM A FALL AFTERWARDS SO I THEN BOUGHT A SPIGEN GLASTR OPTIK IPHONE 6.7" MODEL AGLO3394 LENS PROTECTOR ON AMAZON. IT PICKS UP WHERE OTTERBOX LEFT OFF. I STILL LIKE THE OTTERBOX.

Q: Does this case have the non-slip silicone coating?

A: hello, yes the case has silicone wrapped around all the sides and a silicone & plastic bumper in the front. Just a little bit of silicone on the back sides. The back though is hard plastic. The inside is still silicone with a magsafe metal ring that goes between the phone and the case. In my opinion it is awesome case but it is slightly larger than the Commuter case. I was actually going to trade it for a different case but the reason why i kept it is because of the plastic bumper on the camera.

Q: NO belt clip for a $70 case? Are you kidding me? PATHETIC. After 15 plus years of using Otterbox cases it's time to take my business elsewhere.

A: No, it doesn't. You have to buy a separate screen protector.

Q: I know it says it works for the 13promax but when I got the case it just says iphone2021 XL and iphone12promax so will it work for the 13 pro max?

A: Yes, the iPhone 2021 XL is considered the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I purchased a Symmetry series case for my 13 pro max with the same labeling and it fits perfectly!

Q: I got this case but the inside edges and corners are pretty sharp. I'm worried that it would scratch the phone. Is it the same with all cases or did I end up with a defective one?

A: Didn’t have this issue .

Q: Would a pop socket work on the back of this case?

A: It’s would work but you’d lose the functionality of the MagSafe. Only way would be to have the pop socket very low on the case.
