Looks thin but I have dropped it a couple of times and no breaks at all on the case.

I had the same case on my iPhone XS Max for about 3 years before upgrading to the new iPhone 13 max. Kept my old phone super protected over the years (no scratches or marks). Bought the same one for my new phone and outstanding protection. Not clumsy and fantastic protection. Easy to put on. OUTSTANDING CASE, I would highly recommend!
