Great case!

I like how the charging port is covered when not charging to keep dust and debris out. Very good quality case. I especially like the ability to wirelessly charge as well.

Posted .Great to know you're otherwise a fan of the Defender Series Pro XT case, though we're sorry to hear you were disappointed by the lack of a belt clip/holster. We actually make a specific one for this case, but in an effort to be ecologically friendly, we've opted to not include those with the case since many people don't use them. Instead, the packaging of the case itself will have instructions for how to request a holster for only the cost of shipping.

Charge Port Protector Flaw!!!

Causing lint and tons of other tiny debris to get in the port. The rubber flap is way to thin my previous commuter case doesn't have this issue because the flap is way thicker and is not glued on to the hard shell of the case like it is on the Defender Pro XT. However just called Otterbox they were very kind and understanding and are sending me a brand new case free of charge.

Q: QuestionI ordered this case for the 13 Pro Max and the plastic lip of the case for the camera protection is slightly lower than the lenses of the camera so they stick out. Is that right? I notice there is a different part number on otterbox's site for 12 and 13.

- A:Answer I HAD THE BEST BUY ASSOCIATE CONFIRM THAT I WAS GETTING THE RIGHT ONE. I DITCHED THE BOX BUT IT DEFINITELY SAID 13 PRO MAX. AND IT ALSO GAVE 6.7" WHICH IS THE PRO MAX SIZE. I NOTICED THE LACK OF PROTECTION FROM A FALL AFTERWARDS SO I THEN BOUGHT A SPIGEN GLASTR OPTIK IPHONE 6.7" MODEL AGLO3394 LENS PROTECTOR ON AMAZON. IT PICKS UP WHERE OTTERBOX LEFT OFF. I STILL LIKE THE OTTERBOX.

Q: QuestionDoes this case have the non-slip silicone coating?

- A:Answer hello, yes the case has silicone wrapped around all the sides and a silicone & plastic bumper in the front. Just a little bit of silicone on the back sides. The back though is hard plastic. The inside is still silicone with a magsafe metal ring that goes between the phone and the case. In my opinion it is awesome case but it is slightly larger than the Commuter case. I was actually going to trade it for a different case but the reason why i kept it is because of the plastic bumper on the camera.

- A:Answer Yes, the iPhone 2021 XL is considered the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I purchased a Symmetry series case for my 13 pro max with the same labeling and it fits perfectly!

- A:Answer It’s would work but you’d lose the functionality of the MagSafe. Only way would be to have the pop socket very low on the case.
