Very helpful and easy to track. Sizing was a little confusing but it is better to go with a little more room instead of a perfect fit as the fingers can swell over night and the ring constructs you.

Great detail and the app is easy to use. The ring is very unobtrusive and stylish. What is interesting is that it sometimes interprets my activity and makes an assumption about what i was doing if i dont specify.

The sleep data is my favorite feature. I never knew what kind of sleep I got or how much. I also like the way it tracks my activities. I no longer need my Apple Watch for that so I can wear any watch I want.

It is a really Great smart ring. The app is also very good. I would have given it 5 stars, but the ring can be a little uncomfortable at times, And it also got scratched up in my first week of wearing it, It takes a little bit of getting used to. Which is probably to be expected It.

Excelent. I got it for my kid, and he loves it. Sleeps with it all nights and gets him the right information. He later uses the data to improve his gym routine as well.

Purched for my daughter for Christmas and she just loves her ring. She purchased her subscription and loves seeing all the benefits of her ring.

Love this ring i do wish i could have gone for a smaller size i did use the sizer but those are def smaller than the actual ring

So far, this ring has given me great insight into my health, and I will continue to use it to track. I will probably pick up a Garmin as well.

I absolutely love this ring, the battery so far has been amazing. I just wish it was thinner. The app is great but you do have to pay for the membership which I didn’t realize until after I bought it. Otherwise it’s great

Really enjoy the feed back it gives about sleep. I like this a lot more than the Apple Watch to track calories burned. Only thing I’m not thrilled about is that the battery does not last a full 8 days.
