The battery life is great, the data is useful and allows me to wear this to sleep instead of trying to use my Apple Watch and running the battery down on the watch. The insights are also interesting with more and different data than my Apple Watch alone can give me.

Im loving it :) everything is wonderful with my ring.

Fit and finish are pretty good, tracking and app top notch! Only complaint is the softness of the metal. It scratches and scuffs looking at it. I have found TPU covers online, oura should put them in the box. Overall buy it, just don't expect it to stay pretty more than 30 days unless you put a cover on it

It’s great! Love how it tracks my sleep, stress, and ask me to confirm certain activities. It’s great, it helps me determine when I need to rest. I also live that there are covers for it so I can change the look.

I bought this to check heart rate and to track sleep data. I like that it's tolerable to wear at night. I'm very sensitive about wearing things like this at night. It's been interesting to see the sleep info, heart rate over time, and HRV. The activity sensor is showing me I'm actually much more active during the day than I thought I was. Would buy again.

My boyfriend loves it! I’m so jealous I want one for myself. Its features help track the things I’ve always been interested in knowing about (such as stress and steps) but I was completely blown away on how much in detail it went into for each category. The best feature in my opinion is the sleep category. It even tracks your REM sleep. Highly recommend it for personal use or for a gift!

So good. Got married, so figured if I have to wear a ring I wanted it to actually do something. Put my Fitbit in the drawer and Apple Watch is no more, clean to no have to wear a watch and now ring tracks everything.

Used sizing kit first so I would get the right fit. It is pretty accurate on everything and when I was sick it told me I was having strain on my body prior to me knowing I was sick. 10/10!

I love it for tracking my sleep and overall health. Too bad the battery started depleting randomly after a year. Their warranty though i was able to get a replacement for free!

Obsessed with my Oura ring! I had an Apple Watch for years but I love how the ring fits in more with my everyday outfits. I’ve found it to be super accurate & insightful about my activity, sleep, vitals, stress levels, etc. It’s comfortable & the battery lasts days. I love love love it!

Very good product only get the factory warranty if you order through Oura, Best Buy does offer their peak squad which I forgot to do. It also alerted me to be getting sick before I was feeling bad.
