    I dont know how I ever lived my life without my oura ring. Its super helpful as a mom of 2 young kids to see where I’m lacking as far as sleep, energy, etc. i also use it for cycle tracking.

    It’s okay, scratches easily and I don’t know if there isn’t enough info or if I haven’t spent enough time with the app to understand the true value. You don’t get notifications for high heart rate or anything concerning unless it’s out of the ordinary for your body. Which if you always have higher readings or something you’ll not get notified. Overall it’s cute but I’m not sure it’s worth what you pay.
