    I was so excited to get my ring! It really is all I thought and more. I use many of the features it offers through the easy to use app. Only thing is I wish I would have sized up because the ring is very snug since the components are inside the band.

    Obsessed with this ring! I appreciate and value all the data it provides. Would buy again. I initially bought a different color, tried it out for a few days, and then changed it for the silver and the process at Best Buy was seamless.

    If you are using the Oura Ring without a subscription or membership, it is not really worth it. Without the subscription, you can only see the current day's information and limited activity data. You cannot access your previous days’ data or detailed insights. To view historical information, trends, and detailed analysis, you need to purchase the subscription plan. Otherwise, the functionality is very limited. So unless you are planning to take the membership, the Oura Ring may not provide full value.
