I was really wanting to get an Oura ring because my husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I have heard that it gives you really good insight. So far I have been using it for about a month and a half and I couldn't be happier. I love that it tells me about my sleep, my heart rate, my cycle, lets me know if something is straining my body, etc. The one thing I don't like is the "stress" insight. I don't feel that it is accurate at all and seeing that I am "stressed" when I am not actually ends up making me stressed LOL. Other than that I am so please with it :)

LOVE my Oura Ring. It works great and the charge will usually last around 7 days. I love being able to track my sleep and my cycle.

So far I have been very pleased with my purchase as I’ve been looking at the ring for a while. Since it came out with a newer version, I went ahead and took the chance it has been very accurate. Looks nice charging long lasting. It is definitely given me a lot more insight to my sleeping and my daily activity. I do have the Apple ultra to watch so it adds to this.

It even warns me early if I’m getting sick. Battery lasts all week, I only charge it briefly on weekends. I never take it off. Love it!

I’ve been using the Oura ring for a while now and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. It comfortable enough to wear all the time and it blends in easily to my daily life. I only have to charge it once a week for about an hour.

Has changed the way I prioritize sleep and rest for my body. 1000x better than the apple watch I used to wear. Took me a while to get used to a ring on that finger, but now I don't notice it. Also recommend buying a silicone ring cover if you plan no lifting weights with this as it scratches easily otherwise.

For the most part I absolutely love my Oura ring. However my finger can change size throughout, not enough to go up or down a size but to leave my data collect inconsistent. Oura charging a monthly subscription to view all the data is also criminal, however it kinda might be worth it. It has predicted me getting sick before I realized it and my sleep has greatly improved since getting it. I also love how discrete it is especially compared to a smart watch. Ours charging more for the gold one also criminal especially when it’s not real gold! I think oura might hate the gold girlies. Overall I do love more oura ring though

It provides important health data so that you understand what areas need attention. This was eye opening to me as far as the quality of my sleep, my heart rate variability and my oxygen saturation. I purchased one for my husband after trying it because I love it so much. Also, it looks nice which I can't say so much about other health tracking devices.

My oura ring has met all my expectations. It’s comfortable to wear. Battery life is incredible. Metrics are easy to read. Helps me stay on track of my health. Love it !

The Oura Ring has been one of the most impactful tools I’ve incorporated into my daily routine—particularly when it comes to improving my sleep and overall recovery. Before using it, I had a general sense of how I was sleeping, but no real data to understand patterns or drivers behind my energy levels. Oura completely changed that. The combination of sleep staging, readiness score, and personalized insights gave me a clear, actionable view of my habits.

The brushed silver looks great; esp. for a man's ring, and gets compliments. I wear it on the left index finger and don't find it uncomfortable. The ring is easy to pair with the Oura app. I especially appreciate the sleep monitoring functions and the new ability to pair with a Stelo glucose monitor.

Very accurate measurement of daytime stress. The battery lasts pretty well. It gives a lot of information and options for how to improve sleep etc The only downside is how easily the silver version scratches. It is not a big deal for me but something to be aware of.

I’d give it 5 stars, but the one I bought ended up having battery issues after about 4 months. They replaced it for free since it was in the warranty period, but it was still a hassle and not ideal. Looks nice. Feels nice. The data is amazing. They’re constantly working on new software.

I really love the ring! I had to exchange for a size up because the sizing ring I used in-store didn't give me the exact right size, but now I am really happy with it. I usually go with gold but this rose gold is a really subtle pretty color. Very comfortable and giving me lots of good health info! I am worried it is going to get scratched but not much to be done about that - the battery life is excellent and it charges really quickly when needed!

I've been eyeballing this ring for a few months now and finally pulled the trigger on getting it, I've loved it since. It's incredibly accurate and gives me insight to bettering my health. Sleep, HRV, HR, resilience, even glucose if you have one of those patches! I think it's 100% worth the money and can't recommend it enough!
