My husband absolutely loves his Oura ring! It has really helped him improve his sleep quality over the past year. He also enjoys the simplicity of he easy it is to access and track his information on his phone. He likes it so much, we are buying one for me this year!

I got this to help track my sleep and stress in connection with my autoimmune and anxiety issues. So far it has been monumental in signaling a flare up, and it is helping my doctor and I with awareness of side effects of new medication. I did go on Amazon and get different covers to protect it and love it.

I purchased the Oura Ring a month ago, and thus far I am loving it. Stats seem to be very accurate. My reason for purchasing this product was to track my sleeping habits.

The ring itself is very lightweight but still fits a little bulky on small fingers. The gold is a pretty color but does scratch easily. But the app is by far the best part of the Oura ring. The data provided really helps you make positive changes to sleep and lifestyle.

Only had for 1 month so far and it has been amazing. It is so cute and matches with the rest of my jewelry. My husband thought it was silly at first but now I think he wants one lol.

BEAUTIFUL ring I will gladly wear and not be concerned about looking like a weird techie person because you can barely tell it would not just be a normal ring.

This was a gift for my wife and she loves it. Just make sure that you get the sizing correct because it differs from normal ring sizes. The associate in-store was able to help us get the right fit.

Does most of what the Apple watch does yet it is much smaller (easy to sleep with, etc) and the battery last about a week. I'm very happy with it and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the monthly/yearly charge. Most other rings like this don't have that charge.

bought mostly for the sleep part of app. ring is very comfortable and looks good. getting used to wearing it at the gym. had to find a cover so not to scratch it up. app is very informative as well.

All of this data is presented clearly in the app. There is a monthly membership fee of $5.99 which unlocks the full range of features. I personally think it's worth it for the depth of data. The battery life is solid, needing a charge only about every six days for about 30 minutes. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the ring scratches pretty easily. For something that's worn all the time, it would be nice if it were a bit more durable. Overall, I highly recommend the Oura Ring for anyone looking to stay on top of their health.

The Oura ring is good when you want to know all your body insights. It’s good for sleep, stress, readiness, and heart rate. I went into the store which I highly recommend to get the right size, the band with is thick so you might need to size up. The ring is ok for workouts but doesn’t really give you that many insights like an Apple Watch would. For example if you run a lot and want to track distance, it won’t show you that in the app. It will show you the zone your heart rate was in and how many calories were burned. The ring also tracks temperature and if you’re using it for cycle synchronization it’s good with that!

This is a great tool. Especially if you are trying to get your sleep in line with your fitness and health.

I’ve been wanting to buy this for a long time and I don’t regret it. Love it and would recommend it to anyone interested. I have not had any issues with it so far and it’s readings are very accurate.
