Excellent ring. Not heavy at all and besides the fact it does scratch easily it does work wonders for you health. It’s a good device to track your sleep as it’s really accurate. I love the ring

I bought the Oura 4 Ring to monitor my vitals. I bought the sizer kit first as recommended. I couldn't decide whether to go with the size 12 or 13. 12.5 would have been perfect but they they don'e make half sizes. Oura recommends going with the small size if your between sizes so I bought the 12. I found out after wearing it a while that it leaves an indentation around my finger and is not very comfortable. Now I'm stuck with it because it got some small scratches on the underside. My recommendation is to go with the size that is comfortable without spinning on your finger. Other than that I do like the ring. It monitors my sleep patterns and heart rate and lets you set activity goals and monitors your heart rate during workouts. The app also gives you recommendations to help you keep on track of your health goals. You do have to get the app and pay for a subscription but it's only $6/month so not bad.

Love my Oura ring. Battery life is fantastic, and it charges quickly. I forget it’s even on my finger, it’s not bothersome like some other options for health tracking I have tried. The monthly fee is minimal and well worth it.

This is my second ring purchase, they are great and accurate.

No screen distractions. Just throw on the ring and go about your day. No need to charge it daily. No discomfort issues when sleeping. Love it. Wish the subscription was cheaper or offered more. This one was the wives. I purchased the gold.

I bought this for my husband. He loves the Oura. He recently had an issue with it (Oura warranty was great to work with) and he was really concerned about not having it working properly for a few days.

So far I like it a lot. I've had sleep issues and this has been very good at keeping a sleep record for me. Including heart monitoring. My pulse drops low when You sleep, but not too low thank God.

I got these for the whole family. Easier to wear to bed and monitor sleep patterns. A lot great and fun insight to your life. Counts steps, provides meditations suggestions, etc. Battery life is almost 2 weeks!

Sizing rings seem to be a but smaller than actual ring size. I wore an 8 in sizing kit rings but my size 8 oura ring is definitely bigger. The sizing kit would often run sung to make me question sizing up, glad i didnt. Now im having to ys lasux and its making it even looser
