The Oura ring has deliverd so far with the personal health and sleep data I've been looking for. A great purchase so far, only a few months in. Surprised how well the cermic is holding up in the gym while using free weights.

I have absolutely loved this! More accurate than my Apple Watch was and I love that I can wear it day and night. I usually charge it while I shower and the ring hasn’t died. Extremely comfortable.

It is VERY expensive but also very helpful it monitors my sleep my stress what I eat, exercise and I am in a scientific study that matched my criteria. It is a wonderful health tool and app

I added the Oura ring to monitor my sleep and stress. I was skeptical at first but enjoy the data insights the ring gives me. It's easier to sleep with and feel the ring does well with monitoring my sleep and stress patterns. The ring has given me better insight into my day and night and how it impacts my overall health. I highly recommend the ring. I love the ceramic because I was concerned about the ring getting scratched through daily use.

I upgraded to the ceramic mostly for looks. Yes it's less prone to scratches, but honestly, my brushed silver didn't have many noticeable scratches in the year plus I wore it. Is it worth the extra hundred, likely not, but I do love the Midnight color so I splurged. As far as battery life, it's comparable to my previous Oura Gen4. I feel like it's holding it's charge somewhat longer then the old ring did when new, but it's hard to remember. Unfortunately, my old ring was no longer consistently syncing, about every other day, and was three months past it's one year warranty, so I had to buy new. I just don't know enough about the other brands to not go with Oura again. Hopefully this one outlasts the first. As far as performance; this ring is fantastic at tracking sleep and that is primarily what I use it for. It also does a good job tracking steps, activity, and for women, your cycle and even your menopause journey if you choose. To me it's worth the $6.49 subscription but everyone has to choose for themselves on that!

Very elegant color to pick, looks really nice on hand but you will notice slight weight on the fingers and space between the fingers.

After hearing about the Oura ring and all the data it can collect through just being placed on your finger, I was instantly interested. Originally, I was most interested in their partnership with Natural Cycles because I have been on birth control most of my life. I got pregnant with my daughter pretty quickly and as soon as she was born 2 years ago, I got back on birth control.. because, lets be honest ladies, I don't trust my husband when it comes to that... My birthcontrol will be expiring in the next year, so my hope is my ring will have enough data to help me use the natural cycle subscription to track my cycles and continue to prevent pregnancy. I am also an advance practicing nurse that takes pride in my health through weight loss, nutrition, sleep habits and so much more. This ring has helped advance my skills of understanding my own body and habits and my own health. I will be using this ring for the rest of my life.

This is ring is the absolute best purchase I have ever made. It does so many things health wise and helps keep up with certain things for me. Recently I got sick and my ring told me something was straining my body the day before I was sick. The battery life is also amazing and that is a plus and it charges super quick. Its also very easy to set up when you first get it. This thing truly works and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I am very pleased with this product. The technology is accurate and thorough. The ring is very comfortable to wear. At first, I was first concerned about the durability of the finish and being ceramic, but I am completely satisfied with it. I was in multiple situations where it should have gotten scratched, but it didn't! I did have a black mark on it, in which I thought was a scratch, but the cleaning pad buffed the mark right off! The ring is beautiful!
